Tozer Iberica takes over distribution of Tozer bred F1 celery seed into Iberia

From 1st September 2018, Tozer Iberica, the Spanish subsidiary of Tozer Seeds, formally takes over the distribution of Tozer bred F1 celery seed. They are responsible for orders in to Spain and Portugal.  Up until now, sales of the market leading Tozer varieties such as Monterey and Julius have been handled by French company HM Clause. They introduced Tozer material into Spain in the 1990s.

TIB Sales Manager Lorena Lopez commented ‘we thank Clause for helping us to develop this market for over 20 years. However, we now feel that we can improve our support for Spanish celery production. We will do this by developing much closer relationships with growers.” 

Tozer Iberica have invested in new storage facilities in preparation for the handover and expect a smooth transition.
